Kylian Kouassi is a 23-year-old forward who came through the Sutton United Academy. He gained experience on loan at non-league sides Bedfont Sports, Hampton & Richmond Borough, and Chesham United before breaking into Sutton's first team for the 2022/23 season. He made 42 league and cup appearances for Sutton that season.
He left Sutton in the summer of 2023 to join Blackpool. During the 2023/24 campaign, he made 19 League One appearances for the Seasiders. The following season, 2024/25, he was loaned to Salford City. While there, he scored the winner in a 2-1 victory at Colchester in October 2024 and made 31 total appearances.
Last season, 2025/26, Kouassi helped Cambridge United win promotion from League Two while on loan. He now appears set for a return to that division with Colchester United.
